[Performance] Reduce Container Startup Time and Add Lightweight Execution Mode

Description:
In the current Pullpiri version, container start/stop times are relatively long, which can reduce real-time responsiveness. In-vehicle environments require fast boot and service transition times, so startup latency must be reduced and a lightweight mode should be available.

Proposal:

• Profile and optimize performance bottlenecks in each module
• Add options to disable unnecessary modules/daemons
• Provide a “Low Resource Mode” for low-spec vehicle controllers
