[FEATURE] Name fields for Board/SoC in their Monitoring Information

📝 Requirement Description

In monitoring information of Board and SoC, there's no Name field. So, if this information is displayed on somewhere such as Dashboard, users can't know what is this information of. Currently we don't have any method to pull out the name of Board/SoC.
To apply names to each Board/SoC, maybe we need some pre-defined configuration file.
