Archival of Insurance Blueprint

Projects that become inactive, either through dwindling resources or by reaching their natural conclusion, are archived. Projects can reach their natural conclusion in a number of ways: for example, a project might become so popular that it is absorbed into one of the other major frameworks. (see https://wiki.eclipse.org/Development_Resources/HOWTO/Archived_Phase).

We will propose that once a project has been inactive more than two years, unless SDV blueprints community votes against the archival of a project, an archival process would be initiated.

The project leaders and contributors can provide feedback using this GitHub issue to comment.
