Move language library scenarios to up-spec #116
Description
During our biweekly calls we came to the conclusion that we no longer want to use the existing, custom socket uProtocol Transport based mechanism for running the TCK's test scenarios.
Instead, we want to move the existing Gherkin features/scenarios to up-spec and run them as part of the standard test suite of language libraries, which already include the up-spec repo as a Git Submodule in order to do requirements tracing using OpenFastTrace.
The Gherkin files might need to be adapted to contain specific test vectors that can be used to verify correct implementation in the language libraries.
