Install the Discourse plugin for encrypted messages

There is an official Discourse plugin for end-to-end encrypted direct messages, called discourse-encrypt. We want to have it installed on both edgeryders.eu and the Edgeryders Communities sites. User will like that, with this plugin, even admins are not able to look into the direct messages they write.

Installation is not possible as we are currently on Rails 5.2 but the plugin requires Rails 6.0. The plugin can be installed once we upgrade to the latest stable release of discourse.
