Add logging to capture errors sent to the user, to any logging systems #196

we have plugins (and handlers) that send data back to the user.... however those errors are not visible to back-end support teams after the fact

Whilst not all installs will have log capturing, 'tis better to have the option & not use it rather than want it & not have it available
