One can not access the index page when one repository does not have a commit yet.
No SHA is returned from GitHub and when tuttle tries to handle this error an followup unhandled error is raised (XPTY0004) on line 50 column 73 of api.xql.

For the user it appears as if they cannot log in because the login form does not disappear.
