Smtp password not encrypted

Describe the bug
Password is being saved as plain text in the database

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. New SmtpEmailAccount object
   2.Fill Password
2. Check DB

Expected behavior
Should have an option to encrypt password after saving
