I'd like to add a Caesar Cipher function found, https://stackoverflow.com/questions/30382140/caesar-cipher-in-javascript-using-shiftchar-function-and-array-map-method
So CaesarCipher('Hello World', 2) returns 'Jgnnq Yqtnf'.
