Release with tag `current` is non-descriptive

I was wondering why our EIC containers didn't automatically pick up the v1.3.0 version. It turns out it was released with the tag current, which is non-descriptive and ignored. Please continue to use the same semver versioning scheme that was used up until v1.2.0.
