[BUG] Search Agent Browser Returns Results While Main chatbox shows "Fails to Access Websites"

Problem description

In the left-side chat box, returned results indicate that websites cannot be accessed:

"I am unable to access the websites directly due to technical difficulties with the browser and search tools."

However, the right-side Search Agent Browser functions correctly and returns proper links.

Fixed in #454. Added isolated npm cache directory because users who previously used sudo npm may have permission conflicts with the system npm cache.
