[beats receivers] Internal otelconsumer appears as an output in agent monitoring dashboards. #9036
Description
When enabling agent.monitoring._runtime_experimental: "otel" and looking at the agent monitoring dashboards, the otelconsumer output appears prominently in several of the graphs.
This output is an internal implementation detail and we should drop metrics for this output when shipping them.
