[Feedback]: Error with Bulk API update command around External Versioning

The doc above has erroneous information regarding the bulk api and update. In particular, if you expand the 'Update' object - you see 'version' and 'version_type' fields available. These in fact are not supported by the bulk API and will result in a syntax error. In general, the update API does not support external versioning.

@joeywhelan I spoke with our peers over in the devtools team and this is an issue in the spec. I am going to transfer this issue to the elasticsearch-specification repo.
