Allow a named_parameter to be set in the index pattern position of the FROM
Motivation
When my data is partitioned into streams / index patterns
And I'm visualizing ES|QL panels on a dashboard
I need a named_parameter for the FROM ?indexpattern part of my queries
So I can have 1 dashboard that has a control (named_paramater) with static values of my various index patterns
And not have to duplicate the dashboard a bunch of times introducing a maintenance headache
