DemoDB does not work with Elexis 12

I downloaded http://download.elexis.info/demoDB/demoDB_elexis_1_7.zip and unzipped it to ~/elexis/demoDB. When starting I got the PopUp "DB Update Fehler". Looking at the attached elexis-3.log the relevant errors seems to be

Does somebody know an easy fix for this?

Found (after accepting a certificat for a mismatche URL) demoDB which worked fine. After unpacking it under ~/elexis/demoDB Elexis 3.12 started fine and with the username test and password test I was able to log in.
