Update Issues 3.13

With the update to 3.13 this somewhat weird extra line appears on my prescriptions:

How can I get rid of that without having to delete it manually every time?

So I can remove it with this trivial patch:

but of course that's not ideal, since it means again maintaining an own separate core...

I don't understand what's the rationale of this line and how it can be customized or removed officially.

As far as I remember this was due to a request from Praxis Rodersdorf. Because Elexis will be replaced there, this previous requirement is obsolete and the lines can be easily removed.

Okay, thanks. So you'll remove it from master?
Generally, individul headlines should be part of the individual print template and not hard coded, I think.

To document this here, the lines were added as part of the commit elexis/elexis-3-core@85de4aa, where other changes were also made to the RezeptBlatt. These will remain in place after the merge of elexis/elexis-3-core#895. Thank you @debenol1 for the PR.
