Posts which include org footnotes appear to crash the exporter? If I remove the footnotes everything builds with no problems. I would love to be able to swap out the existing html exporter for the one used by the tufte-css package, but I that will be a project for another day. It would be nice to have support for org-footnotes though.
Still needs a bit more polish and I haven't added the colophon pointing back to weblorg yet.
And here is the link to the site that is built entirely using templatel http://chenla.org/ybl/
I still need to break things up so each article is a stand alone git repo. Repos are cloned into a directory on the web server then gnu stow is used to install them in server root. Eventually each article will be treated like a software package that can be installed using a package manager like any software. I will send you a more detailed description of everything and make the repos public when I hit the next milestone.

Is there a work around available?
