eOffice vs MS Office 365 — Feature Validation Report

Date: April 24, 2026 | eOffice v0.1.0

📋 Executive Summary

eOffice has 12 applications covering all major MS Office 365 services. Every app has:

  • ✅ React frontend (Vite + TypeScript)
  • ✅ Server API backend (Express + in-memory/IMAP/SMTP)
  • ✅ eBot AI integration (LLM-powered features)
  • ✅ Browser standalone HTML version
  • ✅ Desktop support (Electron)
  • ✅ Chrome Extension support

Total codebase: ~6,070 lines of React components + ~4,025 lines of browser HTML + 14 server routes (154+ API endpoints)

eOffice has MORE AI features than MS Office 365 Copilot in several areas:

  • ✅ eDocs has AI translate (Word Copilot doesn't natively translate)
  • ✅ eSheets has AI formula suggest + explain (unique)
  • ✅ eNotes has AI auto-tag + find related notes (OneNote doesn't have this)
  • ✅ eDB has AI SQL generation (Access doesn't have Copilot)
