[Bug] In-editor breakpoints broken because of source map discrepancies

The bug is perfecly described in emberjs/ember.js#19401

The issue belongs to ember-cli-htmlbars though and I believe we need an issue in this repo as well to help things move forward.

PR #558 is an attempt to fix this issue but does not seem to be the right thing to do.
