SSL options to Loadbalancers and Loadbalancers config #17
Description
- Configure SSL to (a) Loadbalancer(s).
- Loadbalancer config should contain necessary details for Luotsi
- we probably want that Luotsi fetches the actual cert with an API call to master iff necessary
