App windows not showing / Apps not running on iOS

When the app builds successfully and gets installed, it doesn't open it like before. Even when trying to open it from the apps tab in settings in doesn't do anything. It also doesn't show up as running after long pressing anywhere. I think this is only on iOS?

Same issue on ios 26. After building the app, even the running apps modal sheet is not opening
