Dialog initiated by SUBSCRIBE request

I see that sipgo has a number of types meant to represent the SIP dialog. Can those types be used to represent the dialogs started by SUBSCRIBE message?

I'm trying to implement SIP notifier according to RFC6665 and as such need some place to store subscription state.

It has dialog, but yet it is based on INVITE.
It could be very similar, but for SUB/NOT maybe some extra headers (Event) need to be managed at and some are not even needed.

Generally I think this SUB/NOTIFY is something that lib currently lacks, but so far there were no community push on this.
I will do work on this at some point, but as everything else, I like to have project behind it.

Something else. Currently working on clusterizing conference focus and a niche SIP proxy (emergency services). In both cases what I'm after is extracting the notifier logic for several different event packages into a separate stateless and clusterized SIP notifier service. Conference event package (RFC4575) is one example, but really, the concrete event package does not matter since RFC6665 has a rather generic core that allows a wide range of applications. I would like to see that core RFC6665 implemented in an extensible manner, so that domain-specific event packages can be implemented on-demand without having to reinvent the RFC6665 wheel each time.
