Heatpump installationoption heatmeter/backup heater

hi,
I have a backup heater inside the buffer tank and the heat meter between buffertank and radiators. It looks like, the energy from the backup heater is measured twice. Once with the electric meter, that is just for the backup heater and once with the heat meter.
It would be great, if there would be a switch, to disable that. The SCOP is currently also all over the place, it looks like, it is only using the electric energy from the heatpump and not from backup heater. (The Heatpump broke down, so that is the reason, why it is only on backup heat)
