Can't find kernel_imgfilter.h

Hi,

we're trying to build on an ARM board, build fails with:

OpenCL-Environment/source/imgfilter/imgfilter.c:26:30: fatal error: kernel_imgfilter.h: No such file or directory

That file is generated by the OpenCL Environment after it's been compiled
on OpenCL. Do you have one installed?
