Not loading any javascript

I've gone down a rabbit hole. Been using Enupal fine for years, suddenly stopped working this weekend and unsure why.

I think it boils down the the enupal-stripe.min.js not loading on the frontend. I'm using the default payment forms.
https://js.stripe.com/v3/ is being loaded - but nothing for enuapl-stripe.min.js - which means the token input is empty, causing the payment to fail.

I'm on CraftCMS 4. Nothing has changed in configuration or on the site.

I've tried reinstalling the plugin, reseting settings etc.

Any advise would be appreciated.
