Description:
In the popup version of Ketcher, when hovering over a monomer card in the Peptides, RNA (Sugars, Bases, or Phosphates), CHEM sections the tooltip appears briefly and then immediately disappears. This makes it impossible to read the tooltip information.

Steps to Reproduce

  1. Open the popup version of Ketcher.
  2. Navigate to any section: Peptides, RNA (Sugars, Bases, or Phosphates), CHEM
  3. Hover over any monomer card.

Actual behavior
The tooltip flashes briefly and disappears even while the cursor remains on the card.

Expected behavior
The tooltip should appear and remain visible while the cursor is over the monomer card.
