Steps to Reproduce

  1. Go to Macro
  2. Input v symbol to Search by name edit box in the library
    Image
  3. Go to RNA tab, Bases accordion section

Actual behavior

  1. Natural analog category name (U) is absent for brviny and vinyl5 bases
  2. Labels for empty sections of ambiguous monomers are present

Expected behavior

  1. Natural analog category name (U) is present above brviny and vinyl5 bases
  2. Labels for empty sections of ambiguous monomers are not present

  • Ketcher Version 3.3.0-rc.1 Build at 2025-04-02; 09:36:56
