GateKeeper's probably a no-go because I think it requires a membership. But I should at least provide install instructions or something and a binary.

I think we could use Sparkle to do this. The trick is not having to have another server to host the RSS feed of updates. I don't think this is worth doing unless I get many more users, or am making lots of major changes.
