Things to figure out:

what problem to set up for the comparison
how to run WRF (and make some notes to keep track of how we're running it for these tests)
what benchmarking measures we need
what hardware we're running on for the comparison (and in what runtime configuration)
how to organize the performance metrics for reporting

Benchmark single-mesh and refined-mesh ABL performance against WRF.

Include CPU vs GPU benchmarks.

We want relative performance vs WRF on CPU & GPU at 3 month and 6 month marks.
