Manage parsec workflows visually from the VS Code sidebar.

Features

• Sidebar: active worktree list (parsec list)
• Tree view: stack dependency visualization
• Status bar: current worktree ticket + CI status
• Command palette: parsec start/ship/merge/switch
• CodeLens: conflict warnings on affected files
• Webview: sprint board (parsec board)

Implementation

• Parse --json output from parsec CLI
• After MCP server (feat: MCP server — AI agents call parsec as a tool #241) is complete, can communicate via MCP protocol
