Tag v1.3.2 did not bump the version of the helm chart from v1.3.0 so deployments of that tag were running the 1.3.2 backend with the 1.3.0 frontend.

Automate version bumping when tags are created

Continue with manual version bumping

This issue will be addressed in 1.3.5, the manage metagrid scripts has a function which will increment the version in various locations that are needed including the helm chart version.
