SFTP support

Please add SFTP support for CrossMgr. Should be possible with pysftp. I don't care for FTP with TLS, but it could be implemented as well.

Would use you be using username/password? or require ssh key support? Keys on Linux/Mac would be relatively easy if the user already has run ssh-keygen, but on Windows would be a pain.

Currently I am using VPN to use the FTP-plugin, but I will probably make a script for Windows&Linux that can work with sftp using a username&password. Maybe CrossMgr could make creating the script easier by creating the to-be-ftp-uploaded files in one folder that could be then scripted to transfer to a server by using any method.

Have you looked at "Batch Publish Post-Publish Command"?
This allows you to configure any command you want to run after Batch Publish.

CrossMgr passes all the filenames to your command with the wildcard "percent asterix" "%* ".
For example, "mycmd %* " will be called with all the files specified for publishing (full directory paths).

You can pass additional race info to your command using the same "variable substitutions" supported in Notes.
For example "mycmd -event "{=EventName}" -date "{=RaceDate}" -racenum "{=RaceNum}" %*".
That gives you more info to keep things organized in your script.

To avoid having to set the post-publish command every time, set it up once for a race, then save a template called "default". The default template will be used automatically (see the help). You can also use templates to set up all your default options so you don't have to set them each time.

See the CrossMgr help for more details, specifically, Menu Publish and Properties. The Properties section contains the full list of race-specific wildcards as well as the explanation of the "default" template.

Threadcromancy, but I've made some improvements to the (S)FTP support in both SeriesMgr and CrossMgr: #104
The main changes are the ability to set an arbitrary port, and adding support for FTP with TLS, as well as a couple of bugfixes.
