Exported .gz Competition file does not upload into RaceDB

RaceDB v3.0.108-20241008142721
Windows 10 Pro Version 22H2
Docker Desktop 4.34.2 (167172)

Tried to upload an exported .gz file from RaceDB on another laptop (to try and bypass the Bib number that is not uploading from excel), but it does not work. The upload shows "Success" , but in only adds the Licenseholders, but not the competition.
