Sometimes the "you don't have edit access" message can be shown at wrong times

Bug
Dave was seeing this message when using edit on a materialization. This was not a support account - but his personal account. When we reloaded the message went away.

Message should not be displayed.

I have now seen there is a way for no grants to have been loaded. This was causing this to pop up for me. I have fixed the message from showing if there are no grants.
