On the Drafting page in dark mode, the source and target pane titles use a color that is too dark against the background, making them hard to read. This ticket updates the pane title color scheme in dark mode so the titles are clearly legible.

Drafting Page — Dark Mode
- In dark mode, the source pane and target pane titles should use a color with sufficient contrast against the background to be clearly legible.
- In dark mode and pericope view, the both panes' subtitles should use a color with sufficient contrast against the background to be clearly legible. See second screenshot.
- In pericope mode, the translated text on the target side should match the color of the source side text.
- Note: The title for the Resources pane looks good if we can use that color.
