Add API and simple web UI for metrics in zkboost/EWS

Including: 

- Current status of each Ere server (idle / proving)
- Proof currently being worked on (slot, block hash, time elapsed)
- History table of completed proofs (slot, block hash, proof time, status)
- Basic stats (total proofs, average proof time, uptime)
