Feature request reducing communication with bot

Hello there,

currently it is hard to follow and set up the bot properly as for every !bai command posts ton of stuff.
I would rather prefer to see only to commands with the option to do something like:
!bai explain bai config global set-handler text-generation

Similar to Linux CLI stuff: Commands itself have just a short explaination. If I want to dig some deeper for information I stickt with the man pages.
