Notion setup guide links to expired / 404 Source Hub template

🐛 Bug Description

The Notion setup guide currently asks users to duplicate the public template via "Duplicate MCPMark Source" in docs/mcp/notion.md.

However, the linked Notion page is currently inaccessible / returns 404:

This blocks local reproduction of the Notion benchmark because the setup requires a Source Hub containing the initial-state templates.

Could you restore the public Notion Source Hub template, provide a new public duplicate link, or add an exported seed / versioned setup artifact for the Notion initial states?
