Solax Hybride setup problems

Hello

I am a bit new in this system and want to get this running on my installation.

setup:
Solax hybrid inverter with 2x 5kwh batteries.
1 ev charger: Easse Charger

I did run the installation on cmd and tried to run the webpage but this doesn't work. see printscreen:

What do I need to do to make a valid installation of this software?
