Absolute paths should be used to specify executables in dinit services #6145
Description
Non-absolute paths used in command property could be misleading, the behavior depends on the PATH environment variable passed to dinit, which may cause security issues and is hard to predict.
Futhermore, dinit-check could fail to resolve the correct executable path and issue non-sense diagnoses. We should convert our services to do so.
