Cant get nodes...

I still get this when I run zcoin.py:
"It looks like your are the first node on this network."
What is wrong?

The network itself is not actually running as I do not have a server to host the genesis client.

Okay, so the network is up again, delete all your .db files, pull, and start your node again.

I do get the error too, is the network down again?

The network has been down for a long time now. If you'd like to bring it
back you will have to set up a seed node.
