Improve Windows integration

In order to extend windows explorer:

• Thumbnails
• Add opening folder support from context menu
• Property tab (number of points/cells and dataset type)
• Allow multi-files opening from explorer (currently open several instances): Multiple instances when opening from the Windows explorer #497
• Integrate as a quicklook viewer: F3D Plugin for Quicklook Windows #900
• Improve thumbnails: Improve Windows Thumbnailer #797
• Add dark title bar support: Add dark title bar support on Windows #895
• Fix FileAssociation: FileAssociation is not working on windows f3d-superbuild#160
• Improve Window positioning by default: Window on Windows 10 positioned at top left under taskbar #1590
• Long filepath causes explorer.exe crash in the Windows thumbnailer #1566

@Meakk does this one matter ? I think you mentionned that Allow multi-files opening from explorer should be done ?
