docs(wiki): populate wiki from docs/ with sidebar, footer, and Home Project-wide landing page (Home), navigable left sidebar (_Sidebar), universal footer (_Footer), and 10 reference pages reflowed from the existing docs/ tree: Installation, Docker DNS-Providers, CA-Providers, Deploy-Hooks Client-Certificates, Client-Certificates-Overview API, Architecture, Testing Inter-page links rewritten to wiki page references. Source-file links (modules/, RELEASE_NOTES.md, LICENSE) rewritten to absolute GitHub URLs so they resolve from the wiki.
