User 1 - William

Summary:
We tried to screen share on Google Hangouts, but were unable to view his screen, so couldn't get as much from this as we'd have wanted. He signed up, but couldn't log in due to a bug.

Observations were as follows

• His email was not accepted as it had a '+' symbol in it. The regex on the client side validation needs updating
• The email validation should be case insensitive. On the client side, email.toLowerCase() before sending to the backend
• He likes the cards and the general follow of the site

User 2 - Mallisa

Summary:
Successfully screen shared. She logged in using provided log in details. She was very helpful and insightful, and said she wouldn't mind providing more feedback in the future

She had the following feedback

• SMEs would like to know how effective being on the site is. Adding Google Analytics will enable the site footfall to be monitored
• On the add content page she had this feedback: It wasn't obvious were to upload case studies Change the title of 'Local Authorities to Case Studies maybe
• Agreed a search function would be useful
• Useful to be able to search for companies doing work in your borough or other local boroughs.
• Could seem like a lot of information to fill out have a note somewhere on the site explaining the any section they do not feel able to or don't want to fill can be left blank
• Could be helpful to have a one line explaining what the company does in the side bar of their profile.
