It should be easier for people who are not: white, heterosexual, cis-male, well-off, or for people who have physical or mental disabilities/difficulties** to find motivation, information and even mentors to help them to get into tech and overcome any obstacles they may face.

Note: it'll be important to avoid accidentally using terms that can be offensive to some, and - in my opinion - to ensure that you get input from a wide range of people on this!

** List is definitely not exhaustive
** Edit: for example, I forgot to mention older people getting in to tech in the list!
