Changing the location of Jest test snapshots

Hi CRA community!

Thanks for the wonderful bootstrapping technology!

I have been running into an issue with relocated my test snapshots for my CRA project. Seems that snapshotResolver is not a support Jest config override in CRA. I saw there was a PR for this open a long time ago - can you shed light on why this was not merged?

We would really like to have this functionality so we don't have to use external tools like react-app-rewired and CRACO
