newly created react app eslint fails on css

i created new project using create react app and ran eslint src/** and i get these errors on css, how can i fix it and shouldn't it be setup out of the box?

By using *, you are checking for every file in src directory. You need to specify file extensions (default .js) on the cli, using the --ext option.

yarn eslint src/                       # default checks for .js files
yarn eslint --ext .js src/             # explicitly checks for .js files
