Refresh CSS w/o reloading page

I'd like to see if it's possible to reload CSS styles (via styled-components) without reloading the page. It's a bit of a pain to repro steps to return to a test state following a full refresh.

our mobile app (bootstrapped with create-react-native-app) refreshes css without reloading the entire page. Much more convenient and less time consuming when tweaking UI.

NOTE: We are running this app inside of electron and using typescript.
