New release

Is it possible to cut a new release soon? There have been many important changes like:

• Upgrading vulnerable versions of dependencies (d44b73d, cce12f6)
• New gcs provider (4f09b8a)
• New linux-riscv64 platform (e15cd47)
• Configurable timeouts for the http provider (1463a88)
• Progress bar enhancements (966c2bf)

Hopefully, you would be able to squeeze in the following release-related improvements as well:

• Build Windows shim as part of a GitHub release? #77
• Consider enabling immutable releases #120
