German transcription not working - produces empty output

Description

German language transcription is not working. Recordings made entirely in German produce empty transcripts.

When it started

Yesterday (started without any user-initiated setting changes)

Steps to reproduce

1. Start a new meeting recording
2. Speak entirely in German
3. Stop the recording and view the transcript

Expected behavior: German speech should be transcribed normally

Actual behavior: Transcript is empty

Environment

• Platform: macOS (aarch64)
• OS Version: macOS 26.3.1
• App Version: 1.0.21
• Build: 0ccc397
• STT Model: hyprnote/cactus-whisper-small-int8-apple
• LLM: google_generative_ai/gemini-2.5-flash

Notes

• No settings were changed by the user
• This was working before (language support was functional)
